At Nivada Grenchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 14 days of delivery, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all protective films intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the timepiece in its original Nivada Grenchen box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
